The Role

Due to continued growth our client has an opportunity for an experienced Chartered Surveyor, with a strong Quantity Surveying background across a range of sectors, to deliver and expand professional Quantity Surveying Services to a wide range of private and public-sector clients.

Essential Requirements

* MRICS qualified (or equivalent)
* Consultant/Client experience
* Experience of traditional contracts, NEC3, cost mgt and reporting
* Experience of Employer`s Agent.
* Experience across a broad range of sectors
* Valid UK driving licence.
* Committed to ongoing professional training and development

* Capable of working autonomously managing own time in order to meet deadlines
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Good financial and numeracy management skills
* Excellent communication and negotiating skills
