Salary: Very Competitive Depending on experience - Circa GBP 35k to GBP 60k

Hours: Full-time

The Company:

Our Client is a Lexcel accredited, Law Society recognised, legal practice. The Family team are accredited as Mediators, as Children Panel Solicitors, Advanced Family Law Panellists, and Collaborative Lawyers and as Resolution Specialists. In addition, our client Conveyancing team are CQS accredited and their Crime team are Duty Solicitor accredited offering all their clients confidence in every aspect of the law that they operate in.

The Role:

Our client has a great opportunity for a child care specialist, either CILEX or Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious to drive their career forward. You will be working with a team to assist you. You will be taking on a busy caseload of care files.

Person Specifications:

* You will either have detailed knowledge of the relevant law and case law, or be developing that knowledge.
* You will be a Child Panel member or intend to work towards this qualification.
* You will have excellent IT skills.
* You will be team player.
* You will be focused on providing exceptional service and advice to your clients.
* Knowledge of the legal aid rules and regulations would be helpful.
* You will manage your files so that they are compliant with LEXCEL and legal aid agency regulations.
* You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* We operate a cloud based case management system to support homeworking.
