Finance Manager

Working on behalf of our client a prestigious global digital organisation, we are searching for a finance manager who will be in charge of the companies budgeting and forecasting process, financial reporting and analysis, month end close and the internal group compliance controls.

You will have extensive experience of working within a similar accounting managerial role and must have strong accounting and analytical skills.

Your duties will include:

* Prepare accurate annual statutory accounts, incorporating profit and loss accounts, balance sheets and full notes to the accounts
* Assist with cash flow forecasting
* Production of Financial analysis and costings
* Oversee the budgeting process, evaluating and improving in order to achieve a budget which is highly likely to be successful
* Manage the accounts team, ensure their work is acceptable and that they are trained and mentored as necessary
* Create and develop forecasting models (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
* Financial analysis and reporting
* Manage cash flows ensuring payments and collections are accurately and done in a timely manner
* Organise and supervise the preparation of month end accounts
