The Role:
As a Sales Director you will identify and create new business strategies, making excellent commercial decisions to ensure this market leader maintains its renowned status. You will be actively involved in hiring new staff, ensuring they are an excellent fit for the business model. As a provider of Luxury Packaging solutions, the target market varies, from SME's to Corporates, across all verticals. In this position you will be instrumental in driving and supporting the sales team. Acting as a support point for major deals, utilizing your commercial knowledge in order to maximize revenue opportunities. As a Sales Director you will act as the face of this packaging company.

The Candidate:
The ideal Sales Director will have a proven track record of sales within packaging. You will of held a Sales management position, with a clear understanding of the variety of departments you must influence and devise strategies for. You must have a hunter mentality, with a real passion for prospecting and closing new business opportunities to maximize business revenue. You must have excellent communication, and negotiation skills. As a Sales director you will have unrivalled communication skills.

The Package:
The Sales Director will get a basic salary of between £50,000 and £60,000 basic, with an £80,000 OTE, plus excellent benefits.
