Our client has National coverage in selling land surveying safety equipment. They have a wealth of experience supplying Geodetic, Safety Equipment and industrial measurement equipment throughout the UK. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales manager to look after the external and internal sales function. You will be in charge of setting objectives, monitoring KPI's, leading by example and making sure the company exceeds sales targets.

They are looking for someone who is hungry for a challenge and has a proven track record of driving a team to success. They are looking for someone who is either currently operating in a similar environment, or someone who has a strong ability to understand and learn the target customer base route to market. If you are from outside the immediate industry, you must have strong experience of man management. You must be confident, structured, have the ability to listen and coach your team, have high energy levels and operate with the highest levels of integrity.
