The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and verify applications on Xilinx FPGA chips
- Collaborate with software engineers and hardware providers
- Carry out debugging, tests and characterization of digital hardware
- Support system users and FPGA developers
To secure this role, you will need to have the following skillset:
- University degree in electronics
- Experience with FPGA projects using VHDL
- Experience with tools like Vivado, ModelSim, Xilinx ISE/EDK
- Very good German and English skills
- Knowledge of bus systems such as MicroTCA, PCIe, VME
