The Role
As the Sales Manager you will be charged with new business development in the Hotels marketplace across the UK, Ireland & Scandinavia, selling a high innovative portfolio of cloud based Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS). Additionally you will be responsible for managing four business development, sales and account management professionals in the territory.

The Candidate
The Sales Manager must have a sales background in new business development, targeting Hotels. You must also have experience selling Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) or a similar hotel technology solution. You will consultative sales professional who is highly self motivated and able to work autonomously. Additionally you must have some sales management experience.

The Package
As the Sales Manager you will be rewarded with a basic salary up to £55,000, negotiable based on previous experience, with a generous, uncapped commission structure bringing OTE to a minimum of £70,000, although it should be much, much higher than this. Additional benefits include pension, healthcare, company car/car allowance, laptop and phone.
