Finance Manager

Are you looking to join an exciting high-growth, start-up in the FMCG sector, in a truly Commercial Finance role?



Our client is an award winning FMCG business in the food space, looking to take on their first commercial Finance Manager. This is the number 1 role in Finance for a Private Equity backed business, supporting the Commercial and Operational Directors, and working with hugely passionate founders including the CEO.



You will also get to work with the PE backers and have support from their FD, who will mentor you and feed you a wealth of knowledge, as well be encouraged to take on as much responsibility as you can handle. You will be able to run Finance autonomously and build the function, grow with the business, and get fully involved in supporting all commercial and operational decisions with accurate financial analysis, budgets, forecasts and cash flows.



Essential skills:

* Fully qualified accountant - with at least 1 year post-qualified experience (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
* Good knowledge of Financial and/or Management accounting
* Strong commercial acumen with good Excel
* A Passion for Food or FMCG

Experience accounting for a start-up or young PE backed business would be an advantage!



The business is situated in an awesome entrepreneurial space in London, with large, warm sky lighted open spaces, surrounded by other passionate start-ups! There are awesome facilities on site including an onsite Gym, Ping-Pong, and Snooker table.
