The Role:
The role of an Account Director requires the ability to manage and grow an established portfolio of accounts. Selling the innovative Medical Equipment solutions, with a focus on Theatre applications, you will have an unrivalled portfolio to dive into, ensuring every client need is covered. As an Account Director your accounts will mostly be from the NHS and Private Healthcare. Communicating both by phone and face to face you will be an effective communicator with a wide range of decision makers.

The Candidate:
As an Account Director you will be a highly motivated, ambitious individual with a proven track record in a field-based role, selling Medical Equipment. Ideally you will have sold into medical staff within the Theatre division. With a driven attitude, you will be determined to achieve and exceed your targets to progress rapidly into a senior role. You must have extensive account management experience, with a proven track record of retaining and driving new business revenue within.

The Package:
As an Account Director you will receive a basic salary of £50,000 - £70,000, dependent on experience. With an excellent commission structure in place your OTE rises to £100,000, with the ability to earn more. As you will be travelling to meet with clients, you will also be given a company car.
