Our Client

Is a leader within the waste management industry established over 20 years ago, experiencing rapid growth with an excellent bespoke solution offering to assist with a diverse range of business needs. As a result of their continuing success, they are seeking to recruit an ambitious HR Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional to provide guidance and support to the Executive Committee, senior management team, line managers and supervisors with the management and development of their teams.

As HR Manager you will oversee HR actions for all allocated sites. Working as a member of the HR Team to provide direct guidance to the HR Officers and have joint responsibility for the HR Administrators and develop them appropriately. Proactively supporting key projects including business changes, acquisitions, integrations, TUPE transfers and restructures will also be a key task.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for keeping up to date with the Company's H&S and environmental statistics relative to industry benchmarks in order to demonstrate our credibility and be the company expert in relation to all legislative and people initiatives. Working effectively with all levels of management to provide a comprehensive and pragmatic HR service.

The HR Manager will use their enhanced skills to Influence and build strong communication relationships, as well as lasting strategic business relationships with relevant Business Unit Directors, ensuring that trust and confidence in decision making is built into everyday conversations.
