Interim Management

A fast paced leisure organisation is looking for a Management Accountant to join the business during a time of high growth and change, based in East Croydon, £300-£325 per day

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Provide management reporting and commentary for key business units
* Assist with the planning process and the annual budget / forecast and rolling forecast exercises. Identify initiatives to improve the accuracy and frequency of the organisation's ability to forecast and implement efficiencies.
* Monitor performance against budget and key KPIs, deliver focused MI & messages, develop strategy & communicate effectively at all levels.
* Liaise with other members of the department and management to promote efficient processing and sound financial control.
* Ah hoc projects as required.

Key candidate requirements:

* Qualified accountant
* Proven track record in management accounting
* Strong Excel skills
* Experience of dealing/working closely with senior stakeholders
* Prior financial analysis experience focusing on budgets/forecasting
* Leisure or similar sector experience would be advantageous
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure organisation and hit the ground running is a must
