Business Development Manager Role
In this brand new Business Development position you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle from cradle-to-grave representing an award-winning and innovative portfolio of Talent Assessment and Psychometric Testing solutions aimed at HR Departments in the UK Corporate market place. You will be typically targeting companies with circa 2,500 - 25,000 employees performing a very consultative sales cycle which can last anywhere from 3-9 months and you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with some of the UK's largest companies.
Business Development Manager Candidate
Very simply, we require the best corporate sales people on the market with experience in the HR arena. We want Business Development Managers who are hungry and proactive, that also have an extremely consultative nature as this is NOT an aggressive sell. You will be polished, well-educated and professional and have the ability to build long-term relationships with clients of all shapes ad sizes. Interesting backgrounds include HR Software, Recruitment Software and of course Assessment Tools.
Business Development Manager Package
For the right individual you will be eligible for a competitive basic salary in the region of £55,000 - £70,000 + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits package. You will also have the benefit of working for a very secure and stable organisation who provide superb working conditions and training.
