Alexander Ash have been retained by one of the ‘Big 4’, who within their Management Consultancy practice provide People & Organisational Change Advisory to some of the largest Banking and Financial Service institutions in the world.



As part of their pledge to consistently deliver the very best people and professional services to their clients, they are looking for a Senior Managing Consultant with extensive expertise in the provision of Learning and Development, Culture and Change Management to join the team.



This is a permanent position, with excellent benefits and career development prospects.



This individual will:



- Lead the delivery of high quality client project work and complex learning and change programmes.
- Lead the end-to-end learning strategy and agenda for Banking Clients including identifying business learning needs, design, development and delivery of digital and ILT products, development and maintenance of learning roadmaps, measurement of learning impact and implementation of learning certification.
- Work closely with the leadership in People and Change to: drive business growth; deliver outstanding client work; and be the face of the team for Banking Learning and Change
- Represent Banking as part of the cross-functional People and Change community
- Drive the focus on Banking Learning and Change and the broader cultural change agenda
- Lead risk / conduct culture engagements and related practice development activities
- Contribute to the business development and sales initiatives including bid, proposal and contract / commercial negotiations with our Banking clients
- Play a key role in the growth of the team and wider practice, sharing knowledge and supporting the performance management and development of team members



What do I need to apply?



- Significant experience in a commensurate role within Banking or similar Financial Services (either within Industry or for another major Management Consulting firm)
- A proven track record working on, and / or leading Transformational Learning and Change workstreams or projects
- Have excellent personal, written and oral presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders (at all organisational levels)
- Be a natural leader able to inspire and empower others
