They are a well-funded, profitable and growing mobile technology vendor with international clients in the leisure, hospitality and entertainment space. This job reports directly to the CTO, so it will be highly visible and could accelerate career development for a quality developer who is ambitious, enthusiastic and has a passion for well engineered systems.
The key areas of responsibilities for your expertise will involve you with -
* Building fast, intuitive and easy-to-use applications
* Designing and implementing new features in existing applications
* Integrating the backend with new APIs
Optimizing applications
* Promoting usability best practices with documentation
To deliver this, you'll need Java, Spring, Hibernate and MySQL as core skills.
In addition, our client hopes you can also bring to the party skills in one or more of: iOS, Android, Windows UWP or WEB front-end (e.g. AngularJS, React etc.) development experience. The team run an Agile environment (Scrum Methodologies - sprints usually last two weeks) and Linux servers.
