General Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a successful Care Home Manager to join a well established and well respected Care Home Operator to run one of their homes here in Darlington.
The home itself has a good reputation and requires a clinically qualified General Manager who has a successful track record and excellent leadership skills.
There is a supportive senior management team in place who will allow you to run the home autonomously, and equally available for support as and when it is required.

Location: Near Darlington (accessible from Middlesborough, Stockton, Hartlepool, Durham and surrounding towns)

**Remuneration**
Salary: £50,000 - negotiable on experience
Exceptional benefits package
Generous management bonus scheme (which can double basic salary)

Service: Elderly & Complex Dementia

Summary of Requirements:

NVQ level 4 / RMA / LMCS or equivalent management qualification
Nursing qualification
Registration with The NMC
Solid track record at Registered Manager level or above
A GOOD CQC rating within your current service
Exceptional communication, leadership and organisational skills
Ability to effectively manage budgets
