Position: Head of Sales Strategy and Operations - SaaS

Salary: Up to GBP 85,000 basic (flexible) OTC

The Role:

We`re looking for a Head of Sales Strategy and Operations to join the sales organisation. Sales sits within the heart of the business, driving growth and delivering on the go-to-market strategy.

This role is there to ensure the business runs with maximum efficiency by bringing together, amazing go-to-market ideas, process improvements, creative flar, data usage and the best technology to ensure the sales team have the very best structure and can get on with what they do best - selling.

Ultimately, you`ll be front and centre for all the major changes and initiatives that will be undertaken in the coming months as you sit between Sales, Operations, Sales Management, Inbound Marketing and Product Marketing. Your ability to identify improvements in how these functions link up will have a huge impact on company performance.

In the last 12 months, major improvements have been made to the Sales team. But they`re growing fast - aiming to triple the size of the team by the end of the year - and there`s lots more to do to ensure the strategy remains cutting edge and at the forefront of the SaaS industry.

The Person:

You`ll need to demonstrate previous experience of making an impact in a strategically important Sales Operations role in a technology organisation

You`ll be naturally curious, analytical and organised.

You`ll have experience supporting growing Sales teams - enabling their success and building close relationships with key management.

You`ll know how to work with databases, and be comfortable using data to identify improvements.

You`ll have plenty of examples of times you`ve spotted opportunities and implemented creative solutions - owning projects end-to-end. .

Beyond that, this business is full of people with a deep desire to achieve and an insatiable appetite to learn, and you`ll need to be like minded.

Also, this is an incredibly fast paced business that is outpacing forecasted growth, so you`ll need to enjoy working at pace, and being accountable.
