Home-based position. Client Relationship / Service Manager / Account Manager (wealth management / pensions software)- This award-winning financial software vendor is seeking an experienced client / service / account manager to join their expanding UK team. Please note, this is not a sales or business development role; it's focus is service and relationship management.

Note: candidates must have experience of working in the Wealth Management (or Pensions) industry, with an understanding of back or middle office system implementation experience in administration systems on investment platforms, managed funds, or pensions.

Client Services Account Manager - the role:

The main focus of the position is to ensure that clients are being properly serviced and maintained and the relationship built upon solid foundations: that service levels are being adhered to and service requests are properly actioned.

Relationship management: developing and maintaining strong, healthy and constructive client relationships, across all areas of their business; understanding their business - their infrastructure, commercial rates, contact points.

Business consultancy and development: this is not a sales role, but will see you working closely with the business development staff. Your role will see you maximising the use of products within the clients and, with this, revenue streams; creating client strategic roadmaps and engaging with internal stakeholders to gain collaboration and support.

Hosting client service review meetings, both regular and strategic. Working internally to coordinate client presentations across Delivery, Product and Support.

Client Services Account Manager - Travel:

This position is a home-based role. The role will see you managing 3 clients, covering: Manchester, Leeds, and one in the London area. You will typically see one client per week, spending a day or two on site, coming into the office (London) perhaps once or twice a month for team meetings.

Client Service Account Manager - the person:

Candidates must have experience in a similar role, working in the Wealth Management or Pensions industry, with an understanding back or middle office system implementation experience:-

* Experienced in managing relationships with key stakeholders with financial clients
* The ability to developing a thorough understanding of clients and their business practices
* By cross-team collaboration, solve challenging client issues and situations
* Have a basic understanding of system development lifecycles and release cycles

Salary to £55,000 + Bonus, BUPA and range of benefits. Services advertised by Dupen are those of an Agency.
