Finance Director

Reed Finance are exclusively representing a reputable brand who form part of a successful group business and considered to be leader in their increasingly competitive market. They continue to provide innovative products to their clients and customers and are now in need of a new senior finance professional to lead their Essex based function.
Reporting direct into the Board level and the senior management team, the Finance Director will provide financial leadership to the organisation, whilst providing the highest level of financial and commercial support to the Board and group.
In addition to the finance requirements, this role also looks after the IT and operations side of the business. The Finance Director will be responsible for the Finance function and will manage and develop the Finance team, ensuring maximum efficiency in order to achieve reporting and timely deadlines.
The position will suit an ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified professional who has gained extensive finance experience within a growing business, preferably a retail or FMCG environment. A broad level of I.T knowledge is also required to develop and enhance existing reporting, ensuring key business information is communicated to the Board.
Substantial communication and interpersonal skills are required as the Finance Director is required to coordinate and liaise with finance and non finance managers, internally and externally. The successful individual will be performing a high rewarding and integral position within the organisation, an exciting and all encompassing role which will provide future career prospects.
