2S Recruitment are seeking a successful Nursing Home Manager to join a small well respected care provider in Hampshire.
This home is in a delightful setting and has a good local reputation plus a good history with CQC outcomes.
The home is in beautiful grounds offering general nursing care and dementia nursing care to the elderly.
Location: Hampshire - Local to the towns of Winchester and Andover
Salary: Circa £60,000 - £65,000
Summary of skills and experience required for this Nursing Home Manager post:
* Proven experience of working as a Registered Home Manager
* Demonstrate a good track record with CQC - improving & maintaining good grades
* Clinically Qualified - RGN, RMN or RNLD
* An active NMC pin
* A strong, confident leadership style in order to lead a large team encouraging excellent person centred care
* Strong marketing and communication skills
* A good business acumen
