Salary: £60,000 plus benefits (some negotiation for a strong candidate)
I am looking for an experienced Manager to take the lead in our clients Nursing Home in Sittingbourne. This home provides nursing, residential and dementia care and is close to local road links, the M20 and A2.
You will be a strong Manager with a proven track record in leading a team in a care home environment delivering outstanding care and achieving budgets. Ideal candidates will have a leadership qualification and be a Registered General Nurse.
Requirements:
Proven track record of successful home management. Elderly and Dementia Care
Qualified RGN with valid NMC PIN
Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards.
Excellent communication skills.
