Key duties;
* Identify and process technological solutions through SAP
* Hold responsibility for SAP modules; ERP systems, community development & CRM
* Work alongside customers to gain business process requirements
* Manage ticket system queues
* Manage all configuration in the SAP system
* Create and provide technical documentation
* Create and provide training packages
* Data management to company standards
* Manage systems and data security
* Production support for, user access control and third and fourth line support
Required solution skills; planning / designing / configuring / installing / training / unit testing.
