Our client is a global brand, a leader in the world's demanding food/FMCG market. Their products are found in most leading premium supermarkets and they have realistic plans to develop into a £1bn + company in the next three years.

We are working with this company to recruit a Senior FP&A Manager for their West Cambridgeshire site to help drive the business forward.

This is truly an integral part of the finance team and to the company. As a member of the Senior Management Team you will report immediately to the Finance Director providing the financial data essential for decision making.

Your usual month will look like -
* Partnering with all areas of the business, to assist and maintain profitability in their respective areas
* Producing daily summary reports for each business line
* Weekly reporting; deliver weekly accounts to stakeholders, prepare and present turnover report, various reports for each business, scorecard, KPI's
* Monthly reporting; delivering profit data to Commercial teams
* Planning; take ownership and manage the budgeting, forecasting and business planning process, work with stakeholders for project appraisals, planning for future investments
* Analysis: evaluation of projects and new business initiatives against performance, monitor and challenge where necessary analysis of business units

To be successful in this post you will be CCAB qualified, with sound experience of forecasts, budgets, and have had involvement in multiple profitability. You will likely have experience of various costing formats as well as have worked with ERP systems (ideally in manufacturing/FMCG)

You will have superb excel skills with a history of modelling detailed scenarios and creating models for stakeholders in a non-finance capacity.

On a personal level you will project confidence and create credibility, possess the skills to communicate with, and manage expectations of senior stakeholders and colleagues at all levels in Finance and non-Finance teams, and have outstanding planning and organisational abilities.
