The Role
This role needs a confident Sales individual with experience ideally at a Director level for 2 years, so that they can come in as the most senior individual to manage sales and revenue growth for the company, but also to manage and, crucially, train and develop the wider sales teams. The individual will need to work with other teams such as marketing and PR so that effective strategies can be put in place that compliment the sales strategies.
A Sales and Marketing Director Role to support the MD with the development of the brand. The role will include:
Engage, manage and develop sales, PR, marketing and customer experience teams
Plan and implement field sales activity, direction and training
Recruit, manage, develop and train members of the sales team
Brand Development
Adopt an analytical approach to the business where all activity can be measured
Managing key accounts, presenting to clients and attending regular visits with them
Plan and manage internal communications
Provide weekly updates on sales and financial figures to the MD

Your background
You must be operating at director level or Senior Manager for at least 2 years
Ideally from a similar business.
A candidate who has been part of a company`s growth plan : taken an independent brand to a national level.

Sales and Marketing experience
Ability to compose budgets and analyse PandL reports
CRM experience
Sales experience within an international organisation
Proven track record of driving sales and revenue
