Qualified candidate - ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent
This is a great opportunity for a fully qualified finance professional with a proven track record as a Finance Manager who enjoys making an active contribution to the overall vision of a company.
Joining this successful organisation at their head office, you will lead a team of 3 and become part of a dynamic management team.
Experience of working in an owner managed/entrepreneurial business reporting into executive management/CEO in a collaborative/business partnering style,Must be able to manage the relationship positively i.e. able to successfully challenge senior management in their decision making and similarly take feedback/criticism constructively for the better of the business
Applicants will need to be adept at being very hands on with the finance team at the "basic" level so that any improvements required at this point can be addressed, but similarly be able to undertake a "number 1" position in finance as a partner to the executive management team
Ideally experience in a similar type of growth F&B/Leisure business where additional knowledge/ideas could be brought in
