CORPORATE FINANCE ADVISOR
Chichester - South West
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the advisory team in winning new business through valuations, proposals and presentations
- Providing client services related to all sales side transaction documentation
- Managing client interfaces, taking responsibility for managing all financial phases of the transaction cycle and deal execution
- Client-interaction, a front-facing role where contact with executives, owner managed clients and shareholders is essential
- Build and develop strong relationships in the marker
To be successful, you must have the following:
- Significant experience of sales side transaction work, including M&A, divestitures and buy-outs
- At least five years experience in corporate advisory firms or similar
- ACA, CFA, or MSc degree in Finance/Strategy/Economics.
- Excellent analytical skills
- High attention to detail
