We can offer you a fully funded residential training programme to help you become a qualified Financial Advisor. Based initially at our Head Office in Thame, Oxfordshire you will join a team of like-minded colleagues on an intensive training programme to obtain your CII Diploma in Financial Planning. The Academy programme will offer you the opportunity to learn from outstanding Trainers whilst also obtaining practical hands-on experience within Wills and Trusts, including an understanding of the necessary client processes and systems.

To become a qualified Financial Advisor typically takes 2 years (or longer in some cases), our specially designed fast-track Academy Programme is designed to help you qualify within just 5-6 months. Wills and Trusts will also organise and pay for your accommodation throughout the duration of your fast-track course, so you could live rent-free in the beautiful historic market town of Thame for your first 5-6 months! In addition to a competitive basic salary, a great benefits package, training and accommodation you will also receive a personal bonus that rewards high performance once qualified too.

Upon successful completion of the Academy Programme you and your fellow colleagues will be working closely with the company`s Senior Financial Planners to open the new hub in the centre of Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

As a Financial Advisor your primary role will be to develop new clients for Wills and Trusts and work with them to develop financial strategies and plans appropriate to their needs and objectives.

Typical responsibilities will include:

* Promoting the profile of the business within the profession and wider communities
* Providing financial information and advice to Clients, appropriate to their individual needs
* Continuous professional development to meet regulatory requirements and personal development needs
* Ensuring that any business conducted is done in a responsible and compliant manner, meeting all legislative requirements, both internally
