Working for one of the regions most respected home improvements businesses, you will be joining the leadership team at a critical point of expansion and investment. Taking responsibility for project delivery post sale, you will lead a team of 60 experts and contractors to deliver each project to deadline, to budget and most importantly to the satisfaction of the customer.
You will have ideally worked within a project based role, potentially within the construction industry, but servicing the most demanding client of all – the homeowner. You will be leading a team of field based specialist managers, who in turn will have a team to manage so it is key that you are comfortable leading and directing teams, and empowering your immediate reports to get the best from their own teams. You will of course have managed budgets and have a track record for delivering.
In return you will be joining a prestigious organisation with a reputation for quality and service at a time of expansion. You will support the MD in building the strategy for the future and become a key voice in the leadership team. You will be very generously remunerated with potential for profit share and career development beyond this role.
