A fantastic opportunity for an outstanding Care Home Manager to join our client's medium sized home in Kent. Our client is a well regarded national provider of elderly care. This beautiful home is rated good by the CQC and we are therefore looking for an experienced Manager that can maintain this status.
You will be expected to provide hands-on support and strong leadership to a team who care passionately about the residents in their care.
Requirementsof the Nursing Home Manager:
* RGN or RMN - will also consider a Residential Manager with a proven track history in Care Home Management.
* Clinical knowledge
* LMCS, RMA or equivalent management qualification.
* Strong Care Home background.
* A good understanding of finances/budgets/P&Ls.
* Solid understanding of CQC requirements.
