The Role
As Head of IT Network Services, you will be responsible for the internal and data centre infrastructure. With a remit to build a UK based network operating centre ( NOC ) you will lead from the UK, building operational excellence using deployed engineer support for overseas activity. Taking decisions based on technical experience, business needs and service continuity, your responsibilities will include:
* own / manage WAN / LAN / Servers / Active Directory / Office 365 & associated infrastructure
* managing current UK network engineer team
* managing upgrade, disaster recovery, capability projects and initiatives

The Person
As Head of IT Network Services, you will have extensive experience and proven track record in infrastructure management roles. With a relevant qualification and a significant background in IT networks and technology, including projects & operations, you have excellent Programme, Project and People Management skills including:
* full understanding and experience of NOC / IT infrastructure technology
* proven delivery of IT technology project lifecycle delivery
* strong hands on knowledge of WAN / LAN / Office 365 etc.
* great, verbal, written and motivational communication skills
* delivery focused individual, thriving on pressure, capable of working to tight deadlines
