GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR

Reed Finance have been engaged by a Private Equity backed Professional Services firm to recruit a Group Finance Director on a permanent basis.

Joining an established organisation with offices globally, that have grown and are seeking to continue to grow via acquisition you will support the CFO with the business next phase.

Currently they turnover £50m with probability of £9m. You will manage a team of 10+ based in the UK and overseas.

This is a great opportunity for an individual seeking a Finance Director role for a growing company.

You shall be responsible for the following;

* Management reporting for all 10+ offices within multiple countries
* P&L, Balance Sheets and overseeing all day-to-day duies
* Responsible for all tax compliance
* Month management reporting and statutory accounts preparation
* Managing the group audit for all holding companies and enities
* Managing the cash flow forecasting process
* Preparing the board pack
* Transfer pricing
* Improving processes and procedures as required
* Involvement in debt refining, future acquisitions and opening offices overseas

To be considered for this role

* You shall be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with atleast 5 years post qualification experience
* Have strong leadership skills and confident managing a team in the UK and overseas
* Analytical and problem solver
* Ambitious and tenacious and capable of dealing with various stakeholders both internally and externally
