Finance Manager

Our client is a listed PLC employing over 400 people in the UK and have grown to become a household name within their sector. Due to business growth and an internal promotion, they are now in need of a new qualified Finance Manager to help develop the business and ensure growth is maintained.

Reporting into senior management, duties include:

Responsibility for the production of accurate and month end trial balances and consolidation.
Responsibility for the filing of accounts within a time frame.
Responsibility for the production of statutory financial information.
Ensuring invoicing is up to date.
Managing the cash flow requirements by liaising with all relevant departments.
To set and monitor the annual overheads budgets investigate and highlight variances.
Responsible for corporate tax and industry tax regulations.
Manage all people processes of the finance team.
Assist in all areas of the finance team when required.

The successful candidate will be CCAB qualified with strong technical ability. Strong Excel knowledge, recent IFRS experience, team management skills will be crucial here in addition to the ability to business partner and manage key relationships across the business.
