The Role:

The Delivery Manager is directly responsible for the Delivery Group. You will be driving and contributing to the continued development of the company’s latest data security products that help to protect their customers and their sensitive data. The Delivery Group consists of teams for Technical Product Owners, Test Automation and Documentation. Your group is responsible for owning and delivering high quality incremental improvements to all products within the portfolio through the orchestration of other groups and teams within R&D. While leading the Delivery Group, the Delivery Manager assists R&D to seek operational improvements, best practices and standards, skills development and resourcing. The Delivery Manager will be working on enhancing people, products, operations and capabilities across R&D, to satisfy the requirements of customers. You and your Technical Product Owners will be working with and utilising multi-disciplined feature and framework teams, and expected to take an active role in clarifying requirements, reviewing designs and plans.

In order to be considered for this position you will need to have experience of the following:

• Successful product releases of complex enterprise solutions based on Linux, as a Team Leader
• Excellent understanding of scrum, agile and lean principles
• Expert knowledge of continuous integration and automation
• Expertise in software quality/development techniques (TDD, BDD, CI etc.)
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux or CentOS
• Experience in delivering commercial software
• Management of multiple teams conducting integration and release
