North West London - Home Based
* Liaising with auditors/external accountants
● Production of monthly management accounts and information pack
● Monitoring and investigation of sales margins
● Management of foreign exchange and hedging arrangements
● Daily cash and treasury management
● Oversee sales and purchase ledger accounts
● Liaise with accountants to arrange PAYE and P11Ds
● Prepare and send VAT returns
● Manage corporation tax payments
● Monitor prepayments to suppliers
Software used
Microsoft Office, Xero, bespoke cash flow system
Skills required
● Highly numerate with strong management accounts skills
● Ability to design and implement financial controls and reporting processes
● Computer literate
● Good communicator
● Team player, willing to get involved in the nitty gritty but keep an overview of the
bigger picture
