FINANCE DIRECTOR
Bristol - South West
Reed Finance are currently working with a National Charity who are looking to appoint a Finance Director to join their team at a time of change for the organisation.
Deputising for the CFO, you will pay a key role in the organisation's ongoing strategy as they integrate their finance functions from across the group. You will be working broadly across the organisation partnering with each of the group's MD's to help tie together a holistic view of the finances in order to inform and create strategy as the group expands. Alongside this, you will be heavily involved with the service delivery and performance - ensuring that the operations of the businesses key financial controls are ran efficiently.
This role will enable you to work predominantly from home (roughly 3 days a week), but will also require some travel across the country to the organisations main sites based in Bristol and then London, and the West-Midlands. They can be flexible on location.
As well as the generous salary on offer, there is also a 10% Pension contribution on offer, as well as life assurance and the ability to buy and sell holiday.
To be successful you will have:
-Significant post-qualification experience.
-Experience of working in a senior finance role within an organisation of £50m+.
-Previous Charity or Not-for-profit experience would be desirable
-Managed a team of 15+
-Experience of Bidding for large public sector contracts
-Experience of acquisition and similar investment decision
