Chief Financial Officer

Reed Finance have been Retained by a Professional Services firm to recruit a Group Finance Director/CFO to their team on a permanent basis.

Joining a firm who have achieved significant year-on-year growth over the past 5 years you will become a key member in their leadership team to take them to the next level.

You will have worked for international businesses previously, and have experience of driving sustainable growth both organically and via acquisition.

You shall be responsible for

* Driving corporate strategy, building the road map and partnering with the management team to achieve growth targets
* Have worked within a growing international business, and have exposure to multi-currency and multiple tax environments
* Manage an established finance team and ensure that it is operating efficiently
* Developing new procedures and best practice
* Take lead on change management projects - including any new system roll outs
* Responsible for due diligence on acquisitions

You shall be

* An experience CFO/Group Finance Director
* Have worked within a people based business
* Experience of delivering on corporate strategy and ensuring growth targets are met
* Excellent communicator who is able to collaborate with key stakeholders across the globe
