Head of Direct Sales

Joining the business as Head of Direct Sales you will be already be operating in a strategic leadership role, heading up a team of Account Managers and Sales professionals. Initially focusing on the UK you will be enabling your team to focus on building effective working relationships with new and established clients to win high value managed service contracts. You will be focusing on sales operations and collaborating across the business to mobilise effectively behind the sales function as they drive the growth agenda.

You will demonstrate a proven track record operating as an inspirational sales leader, ideally within either technology based organisations, complex supply chain businesses or the automotive sector and can easily demonstrate your success with commercial results. You will comfortably operate with a complex sales cycle and multiple stakeholders. You will be a naturally charismatic leader with genuine gravitas, influence and financial acumen.
