The Client
Our client is a leading firm, who are a specialist construction and project management company that creates temporary and permanent structures and event overlay for major international sports and leisure events. Headquartered in London, they are proud to say they are a truly international business and employ a group of people with vast worldwide experience.
The Role
Our client have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to assist them with their expanding range of projects in the UK and overseas. The position offers opportunities for overseas travel, including monthly visits to their Tokyo office, where they are delivering a number of Temporary Venues for the Tokyo 2020. Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will be RICS qualified, with 5 or more years post qualification experience (albeit we can be flexible on this requirement for the right candidate) and will have post contract commercial management experience, either for a consultant or contractor.
The successful candidate shall also be given the opportunity to undertake further qualifications and the opportunity to develop within the role and within the company.
