Head of Human Resources and Organisational Development - Kingston upon Thames
Preferably fulltime but part time considered.
Salary: up to 68K plus great benefits (listed below)

Our Client is an award-winning housing association. They hold charitable status and support both rural and urban communities by providing affordable and environmentally sustainable homes for local people.
Our Client`s main offices are in Kingston upon Thames and they have ca 115 employees.
Role:
They are now looking for an ambitious and experienced Head of HR and OD to come in and take on a strategic at the same time a hands-on role.
As Head of Human Resources and Organisational Development you will play a pivotal role in enabling the delivery of excellent services by developing and driving a high-performance HR and OD team, and translating broad corporate initiatives into successful workplace practice.
Requirements:
* Have worked in a Head HR / LandD / OD function
* Experience in the housing / not for profit sector strongly preferred
* This is a highly-visible role that requires the ability to operate strategically as well as play a practical, hands-on part when needed.
* Your recent achievements and your track record will show that you can deliver change projects and programmes as well as maintain stable and good employee relations throughout periods of adjustment.
* Your inspiring leadership will develop and deliver strategically important organisational projects and programmes including talent management and reward, employee engagement, health and wellbeing initiatives, ongoing digitisation of the service, and equality, diversity and inclusion
* Due to our dispersed locations some travel will be required.
