Our client is an established voice and data communications reseller in Birmingham that has specialised in developing a sophisticated range of Cloud-based products and services to mid-sized enterprises. They have been in the forefront of helping companies migrate from traditional telephony solutions into Next Generation IP Telephony solutions. Hosted IP PBX and Contact Centre solutions, High speed fibre Internet circuits, Wi Fi solutions and mobile data solutions.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record in selling IT services particularly Microsoft and other cloud solutions- Exchange, Windows Server, Office365, Dropbox for Business, off site data backup and other cloud- based services.

* An ability to present to high level decision makers in various industry sectors.
* An understanding of the sales cycle including an ability to identify and develop prospects, handle objections, prepare and present proposals and solutions documents and close the sale.
* Work closely with existing and new business customers to deliver solutions that meet their business and technical requirements.
* Prior success with the sale of data-side solutions in connectivity, MPLS, FTTP or FTTC etc
* Have a client benefit, solution-led sales mentality.
* Ideally will hold Microsoft/IT/Cloud sales accreditations.
* An ability to work with other individuals and teams within the sales team.
