Global communications solutions provider seeks to appoint a Major Bids Solutions Consultant to provide leadership to technical and strategic sales, to work alongside the sales teams on complex, high value deals and to secure margin rich wins. The remit will be to increase win ratios, reduce sales cycles and position the portfolio to deliver new sales. Of course you will be required to work in tandem with Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Project Management, Product Management, Delivery and third parties and to construct solutions in line with customer requirements across Managed Services, Cloud, Application, Voice, Security etc
Experience/ skills required
* Probably eight to ten years in similar Solution Architecture roles
* Success in leading teams to major and complex wins
* Exceptionally strategic planning, solution management and negotiations skills
* Experience in consultative sales techniques, account planning, positioning strategy, customer needs analysis.
* Degree or equivalent combination of applicable education and experience required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
