Binding Authority Technician

Previous experience as a Binder Technician is essential for consideration in relation to this role which will involve handling a range of binders relating to North American Property & Liability business as well as Personal Accident, Professional Indemnity and Marine. Specific duties to include:- De-broking Binding Authority placing files; Resolving any issues or queries found directly with brokers to enable processing of the slip & FDO signings; Binding Authority Risk Data input onto the IBS broking system; Completing the Binding Authority Registration via the Lloyd’s BAR’s system if required; FDO Slip & L PAN Submissions to Xchanging via the Lloyd’s IMR system; Premium Processing of monthly “In House” and/or “3rd Party” Premium Bordereaux onto the IBS Broking system; Liaising with Brokers & Clients regarding outstanding Premium Bordereaux and/or Bordereaux Presentation issues and Profit Commission Calculations. In addition, experience in the production of premiums statistics, Earned to Incurred figures and Triangulations would also be highly beneficial.
