We are working with a world leading software technology business, to recruit a Senior Data Scientist to work closely with the Head of AI and analytics to work in a new emerging market. This is a really exciting time to join the team - they have recently received a large investment, and have plans to double their current user base, and number of events they capture. The AI strategy has been sorted, and they are now looking to add an experienced , and motivated Data Scientist to drive a set of models to better decide what the user needs - you will be a key driver in the development and optimization of the clients machine learning technologies.
Responsibilities
*Working with the Head of AI, lead the design, documentation and implementation of a machine learning framework to meet the AI strategic objectives
*Using AWS technologies build, test, deploy and optimise a suite of machine learning and NLP capabilities focused on the AI strategic objectives
*Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: optimizing model delivery, testing and enabling scalability
*Build analytical tools to enable KPI monitoring of machine learning model performance
*Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Development and Professional Services teams to bring innovation across our product and professional services
Essential Skills
*Proven experience creating and optimising machine learning models that drive positive business and user-behavioural outcomes
*Experience using statistical packages Python/Scala/R
*Experience using a range of machine learning and NLP techniques (neural networks, decision trees, clustering, and sentiment and classification analysis)
*Exceptional problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development
