The company is seeking a commercially-minded entrepreneurial individual with personal equity to buy into this market leading B2B distributor. The business distributes a broad range of products including fashion accessories, cosmetics, gifts, homeware, toys, furniture etc. and supplies an economically robust area of the retail sector. It has secured a significant market share and continues to grow.
The business is well established and enjoys an excellent reputation for high quality products and value-added services. There are significant growth opportunities available and the current shareholders have confirmed their commitment to the business with an extensive handover period on offer if required.
With a current turnover of c. £3 million and generating a profit of over £400k, they are looking for a personal investment in excess of £150k.
