Regional Operations Manager - Croydon with travel across London & South East - £45,000 - £50,000

The Role: Regional Operations Manager

* We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager within work based learning. Due to growth my client is seeking a senior operational professional to take responsibility for planning, delivering and coordinating training, education and employment contracts within London & the South East.
* You will be responsible for managing key staff within the region, including delivery teams and managers - ensuring that the services and contracts run smoothly to a high standard, alongside meeting targets set out within contracts and the organisation.
* You will provide contract performance reports and analysis, alongside supporting in the curriculum planning and quality assurance processes. This will include completing self-assessments, OTLA's, and improving regional policies, processes and procedures to ensure the quality of the delivery is high whilst embedding quality and compliance.
* You will also be active in staff recruitment and performance reviews, help in planning marketing strategies and use MIS reporting systems to ensure the integrity of learner data.
* A DBS check is required.

Essential Requirements: Regional Operations Manager

* Experience in a similar position within work-based learning/education
* Strong background within work-based learning - including experience in managing a training provision (including delivery teams/staff)
* Strong understanding of further education/apprenticeships, funding and contracts
* Knowledge and understanding of external body criteria (ESFA, AEB, Ofsted)
* Experienced in using MI systems, analysing data and providing performance reports
* Desirable: Experience in curriculum design and Ofsted inspections
