The Role

To manage the team of producers; client relations and planning (producing) of jobs. Managing jobs and clients from first contact to final delivery. Seeking new business. Maintaining relationships with clients.

Role Responsibilities:

* Identify development potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel who have worked with customer; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analysing opportunities.
* Initiate sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments together.
* Develop sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services.
* Close sales by overcoming objections; preparing contracts where needed.
* Contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products and services; analysing and relaying customer reactions.
* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
* Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
* Identify market potential by qualifying accounts.
* Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
* Close sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
* Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.


Essential Skills and Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years` experience in post production or an agency post production background with essential experience within video post production workflows, video post production processes and delivery. Candidates must be able to manage and encourage the team, make executive decisions without support and handle multiple tasks at one time keeping the business objectives in mind.
