The growth of cloud service opportunities within our clients Technology Services and other Business Units has driven the requirement for a Cloud Solution Architect to promote and evangelise public and private cloud technologies, including Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, VMWare and Citrix technologies, to both public and corporate sectors. They are established with 100`s of customers in the software side and are in conversations about helping them move from on-premise to `the Cloud` and more broadly their digital transformation journey. This is part of this team, client facing, full technical role.
You will concurrently support multiple customers to educate about and architect appropriate technical and licencing solutions to support business processes. You will lead technical Pre-sales discussions to develop understanding and ease concerns regarding cloud solutions and support the implementation across organisations, including Management, IT and the wider user base.
The key focus is to take the customer on a journey from on-premise to public cloud and Azure and be able to articulate how the customer can optimise use of the product set. We seek someone who can convey the virtues of Azure and assist in the client achieving their technology goals. A background in Managed Services with emphasis on Public Cloud Solutions is necessary along with Pre-sales experience across both private and public sector.
