The Opportunity
This is great opportunity for an experienced Business Manager to work with a major vendor to channel Interactive Technology into the Corporate market.
Your role will have the following key responsibilities -
* Elevation Acceleration of company`s products into corporate businesses
* Share of wallet market growth on set of products
* Uncovering opportunities within the Corporate marketplace to be sold via resellers and integrators.
* Working with Architects, Builders and Specifiers to uncover sales opportunities
* Road to Growth
* Contribution of new ideas/Opportunities
* Ownership of planning and execution
* Development, management and implementation of the business plans
* Develop and support implementation of Marketing plan to drive business plans
* Forecasting and delivery of agreed goals
* Revenue, profitability
* Market share, breadth new customer acquisition
* Strategic Management
* Development, management and implementation of long term business plans for all areas of business responsible for as deemed by Sales Director
Your role will also be to drive:
* Proactive engagement and alignment with Sales, Marketing, Resellers and end users
* Develop channel relationships
* Key Customer engagement
* Large deal engagement
* Long term business planning and execution
* Support all elements of the Company`s strategy
* Profitable growth (Market and share)
* Total Profit and Loss account management: understand, influence and achieve
* Ability to change proposition to meet market needs.
This is a Senior Management role for someone who can uncover opportunities within the Corporate marketplace to be delivered by the company`s reseller partners.
Based in the City at our client`s Customer Experience Centre, salary will be commensurate with you experience - Basic GBP 60k-GBP 80k plus bonuses, company car or car allowance and benefits.
Your skills and experience
The successful candidate will have a successful track record in a commercial role within the Audio Visual marketplace with strong skills in the following:
* People Management
* Commercial negotiation
* Customer vendor engagement
* The Corporate marketplace
You will be a good decision maker, a multi-level relationship builder with excellent communication and presentation skills. A natural leader, you will have strong experience in Business Planning, reviewing and forecasting.
A good understanding of the AV/IT marketplace including: Competition,
Customers and Vendors and the vendor portfolios and technology segments.
You will have strong interpersonal skills, drive and energy and be a key influencer with the ability to set high standards. A complete starter and finisher, you will be flexible, adaptable and service orientated as well as being a team player who puts the Company first.
