R&D Project Manager

We have a brand new and unique opportunity for a Technical Project Manager, with experience in AGILE or WATERFALL methodologies, to work with a company specialising in intelligent wireless & sensor technologies. Reporting to the Technical Director, the Technical / Engineering Project Manager will be a key player the Milton Keynes based R&D division, helping drive the growth of the business. The R&D Team design, develop, test and implement brand new technologies incorporating advanced sensing, electronics and software which then need to be integrated into 3rd party systems. As the Technical Project Manager, you will project manage small mixed discipline teams of software engineers, mechanical engineers and electronics engineers and be expected to plan, manage and deliver multiple projects at a time.

Capable of building relationships and working directly with stakeholders and customers, you will be responsible for implementing project management standards using delivery methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall across a full lifecycle.

Project Manager you need the following experience:

* Degree in Software Engineering, Electronics or maybe Mechanical Engineering or similar.
* Ideally experience in wireless systems, communications or sensor technologies.
* Project proposals, RTT's and project reporting experience..
* Use of delivery methodologies e.g Waterfall, Scrum, Agile, Kanban
* Excellent communicator and commercially astute - must be able to work with Clients, Partners and Stakeholders

Job Title - Technical Project Manager.

Salary: circa £50k - £60k +benefits

Vacancy Location: Milton Keynes (commutable from Northampton, Bedford, Luton, Aylesbury, Northants, Beds, Bucks)
