Internal Broking Specialist (contract)
London - London
An opportunity for a highly experienced individual, ideally with a background working for an In House Broker to join a well established Internal Broking team on a contract basis. Individuals who have worked for Lloyd’s Brokers in a variety of positions and gained extensive exposure to a full range of broking processes across multiple departments would also be of interest to our client.
Most importantly, experience in the following is required:
• Strong understanding of Underwriting, Claims and Finance processes and operations including the processing of claims from a broking perspective
• Experience in writing contracts, compliance, processing and monitoring Binding Authorities, Treaties, Consortiums, Lineslips, Direct Insurance and Facultative Reinsurance
A relatively quick start is required, so this would be most suited to those available with no notice, or able to join within a few weeks.
Initially this role will be home based.
