Sales Support - Asset Management - Central London

Salary: Circa GBP 46,000 and Excellent Benefits

A global asset management firm based in prestigious offices in Central London are looking to grow their team. This position will provide Sales Support to the London based sales team across institutional channels in the UK and Europe.

Role Responsibilities Include:

* Supporting client interaction, preparation of background information ahead of meetings, bespoke client and prospect queries, maintain records and mailing lists in CRM.
* Contributing to sales and marketing strategy by undertaking market analysis and reviewing competitor funds.
* Participating in industry networks to develop relationships to contribute to the firm`s visibility in fast-growing markets.
* Interaction with various groups across the firm including investment teams, compliance and operations.
* Develop and maintain the CRM system to enable better client service to investors and CSBD.
* Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing information regarding investor activity and needs and insights on competitor and market developments.
* Ensure compliance with regulations.


Experience and Skills Required:

Strong interest in environmental markets and sustainable economy investments.

Degree qualified (or equivalent) with a financial or analytical discipline preferred.

2-5 years working in financial services in a sales support role.

Investment Management Certificate, or working towards an equivalent professional qualification (CFA, CAIA).

Highly personable and confident in talking to a range of sophisticated clients

Ability to work autonomously

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong MS Windows applications, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
